We are a Surat, Gujarat based ecommerce seller.
Our story began in 2020, packing a handful of parcels a day out of what felt like a one-person operation. Every order tracked by memory. Every stock count done by hand. Every invoice typed out the hard way. It worked — because it had to.
But growth doesn't wait for your systems to catch up. As our orders climbed from a handful to hundreds, and now to over a thousand parcels shipped every single day, the cracks started to show. Inventory that didn't match what was actually on the shelf. Orders slipping through because no one could see the whole picture at once. Late nights spent reconciling numbers that should have reconciled themselves.
We went looking for a way out — tried tool after tool over the past year — and found the same disappointment every time: a piece for inventory here, a piece for billing there, nothing that actually spoke to each other. We were stitching together a growing business with tools that were never built to be stitched together.
Then we looked around and realized something — we weren't the only ones. Seller after seller, business after business, living the same missed orders, the same late nights, the same feeling of running a growing business with tools built for a much smaller one.
So we built the system we wished we'd had from day one — Stockfloor.
Six years of actually running this business went into it — every order processed, every stockout survived, every manual reconciliation at midnight. Not a tool built from a whiteboard guess at what sellers might need, but the exact system we run our own business on today: order processing, inventory, manufacturing, operations, billing, and the full financial picture — all in one place, all actually talking to each other.
Now, we don't just hope our orders are moving fast — we can see it. We know exactly where we're falling behind, so we know exactly where to focus. We can find any product's exact location in a few clicks, instead of walking the floor to check. And we can finally keep an eye on the numbers that matter most — fixed costs, salaries, the real financial pulse of the business — without losing sight of the day-to-day chaos.
This is what we want for every business that reads this.
India's MSMEs aren't the small print of this country's growth story — they are the story. Millions of businesses like ours, in towns and cities across India, quietly powering a huge share of the jobs and the economy that make up a growing nation. When one of these businesses gets the tools to run a little smarter, ship a little faster, and grow with a little more control — that's not just one business winning. That's a small, real piece of India's growth, built one order, one shipment, one business at a time.
We built Stockfloor because we lived this. We're building it for every business still living it today.
